The Provider will carry out the services described in the Scope of Work above for the agreed project. Anything not expressly listed there is out of scope, and additional work is quoted and agreed separately before it begins.
The fee is as stated in the Schedule. A deposit is payable on signature and the balance falls due on delivery of the final files. Invoices are payable within fourteen days.
If the client cancels within fourteen days of a scheduled shoot day, the deposit is retained to cover the reserved time. A shoot postponed with more than fourteen days' notice may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
The fee includes the number of revision rounds stated in the Schedule, taken as consolidated feedback from a single approver. Further rounds are charged at the Provider's standard day rate.
On receipt of payment in full, ownership of the final delivered work passes to the client. The Provider retains the right to show the work as part of its own portfolio unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
The Provider's total liability under this agreement is limited to the fee paid. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss.
